Welcome to Brain Metrics. I'm Caitlin Ames, a clinical psychologist in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle.
I started Brain Metrics to provide personalized care that moves beyond "fixing" to actively optimizing well being and life satisfaction. I work with children and their families from 4 years of age through college. My approach is highly collaborative, solution focused, and active.

Hobbes, a longtime presence in the office, is now enjoying a well-earned retirement.
Marlowe is our newest team member, currently in training to bring comfort and smiles. She’s working towards seeing patients soon.
